GOVERNMENT REQUIRED LAND SURVEYING DOCUMENTS
Various municipalities across the state require the preparation and filing of certain land survey documents that are used in connection with land development and discretionary permits. These include such things as survey exhibits, topographic maps, site plans and Encroachment Maintenance and Removal Agreements (EMRA) plans.
